IT Quality Assurance Analyst (Salesforce)

Responsibilities and Duties
• Review product/project requirements and design specifications and create comprehensive and thorough QA Test Plans and Test Cases;
• Create QA test procedures for QA testing;
• Create test estimates from design documentation and define tasks for quality assurance project schedules;
• Create documents to apprise project team members as to the status of meeting defined quality goals (These may include: QA Status Reports, QA Summary Reports, QA Test Logs, and Defect Logs);
• Identify, communicate, and track all defects discovered in testing execution phase;
• Document detailed steps to recreate bugs;
• Assist development team in troubleshooting and resolving bugs;
• Conduct and/or participate in regular bug review and status review meetings;
• Provide quality assurance feedback throughout the project life cycle; and
• Provide status reports to project business owner and management.
Requirements
• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT.
• With at least 1-2 years experience in Salesforce.
• With at least 3 years experience in Quality Assurance.
• With experience working on Microsoft Technology (Windows Server, .Net and Sql Server) either on a developer role or QA role.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Must be willing to work on night shifts and Philippine holidays.
• Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area.
• Applicant should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
