IT Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide guidance on tests that should/can be automated and reduces redundant testing efforts of the application project teams;
• Develop and maintain test automation plan for software project releases using automated tools Team Foundation Server, QTP, and LoadRunner;
• Own the overall test automation process and ensure the testing methods meet automation testing standards;
• Coordinate the design and planning of automated test architecture, framework and implementations;
• Develop, maintain and upgrade automated test scripts, utilities, data sets; and other test tools required to execute test plans;
• Coordinate automated testing execution with development and QA staff;
• Monitor automated testing and effectively communicate testing activities and outcomes;
• Work closely with software engineers to improve automation of unit tests; and
• Mentor and/or train other team members in automation processes, methods, tools and best practices.
Requirements
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT.
• Must have at least 3-5 years experience in using automated tools under Team Foundation Server.
• Must have experience with working on Microsoft Technology (Windows Server, .Net and Sql Server) either on a developer role or QA role.
• Must have experience in QTP.
• Must have at least 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Must be willing to work on night shifts and Philippine holidays
• Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area.
• Applicant should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
