Requirements:
1. Candidate must have at least 5 years of work experience as Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a Call Center / BPO.
2. Have experience handling a Medical Account.
3. Be keen in over all Call Center/BPO operations.
4. Handled team of Team Managers/Leaders with at least 200 agents.
5. Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field in Pharmacology or Nursing.
6. Located in CEBU or willing to RELOCATE in Cebu.
7. Knowledgeable to training and recruitment processes to ensure meeting headcount requirements of the account.
