Sales and Marketing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for sales, new business development, account management, and the formulation of sales strategies to ensure continued business growth.
* Responsible for lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and properly qualifying prospects.
* Responsible for client presentation, field work from time to time, and telemarketing.
* Responsible for closing sales opportunities quickly and efficiently, and completing necessary paperwork and implementation steps to set transactions/projects in motion successfully.
* Prepares quotations and creative proposals, packaging products and services that will best serve the client’s needs.
* Maintains good customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Coordinates activities of the different support groups in the conduct of installation, demos, etc. of certain software/s.
* Prepares sufficient and accurate documentation on all matters related to customers and principals.
* Submit Sales Report
* Assist in project management activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be Female.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Trainings or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Knowledgeable in online marketing is an advantage.
* Experience in handling events or events coordination is an advantage.
* Work experience as a training coordinator is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written are required.
* Must be resourceful.
* Must be willing to do telemarketing and field work.
* Must be internet savvy.
* Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
* Self-motivated, goal oriented, and assertive.
* Hardworking, highly organized and good with time management.
* Must have the ability to deal with people of all levels.
